Order cancellations and modifying an order
Order cancellations and modifications incur a $5 fee. If you need to modify or cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
When will you process my order?
Orders received are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
When will my order arrive?
U.S orders may take up to 3-7 business days to be delivered. International orders may take longer.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us to request RMA number.
As soon as you ship it please let us know the tracking number. Once we receive it in house, in good condition with tags on, we can issue store credit for the amount paid for the original item so you can use it for an exchange or any other item you would like (shipping fees apply).
